[edit] Known Issue / Image quality
Firstly, is a list of 'known issues' encyclopaedic content? Wikipedia isn't a support forum, and all that.
Secondly, image:E61.jpg is an example of a picture taken with the Nokia N73 (and in poor light conditions, too) - if anyone feels this is worth adding to the article, feel free.

No way. That picture is an insult to the quality of the N73, of which image:08112006004.jpg is much more representative.

- Both pictures were taken with the same model of handset. It's hardly your place to say which is 'more representative'. In addition, the picture you have linked to there would not be appropriate to use as it has not been properly copyright tagged. Regardless, my mention of the image was merely a suggestion (otherwise I would have been bold and added it myself) and hardly one that requires such an emotional response. I didn't mean to be offensive. Sorry if I was. About it being more representative, I state so because the one you posted was clearly taken with wrong settings. Otherwise, there's no way it could have got so blurry. Just go take a look at any other people's captures with the N73. About the copyright, the pic was taken by myself.
- To be fair, the handset I used was somewhat abused and not being used in the best conditions (terrible lighting and I didn't have much time to take the picture). To actually use the picture you added, you need to add the proper copyright tags, or it'll end up getting deleted. Wibbble 19:36, 18 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Known Issues Confirmation!?
Could anyone confirm those issues or point out to some other experts sites talking about that?
[edit] Known Issues Confirmation!?
i bought N73 and it didn't make any thing negative is there any clue about what you are talking about ?
My N73's (firmware 2.0628.0.0.1) main bugs are:
- major memory leak - most apparent when you want to view images
- processing artifacts in the image (JPG? noise reduction?)
- power management - have twice found the battery has suddenly been drained overnight
A newer firmware version is already available (2.0628.0.0.3) but no experience yet.

[edit] Vibration?
Does anyone know if this phone have a vibrate feature? gujamin 14:23, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
- Please note the box at the top of this page which says that this is not a general discussion forum for the topic of the article. This isn't the place to ask questions like this. Try Nokia's own Discussion boards, or contact Nokia product support. Having said that, all the Nseries have a vibrate feature. Wibbble 18:29, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Copyvio/clean-up
I've removed the copied text from the article and placed it at /Temp - the copyvio was only in the large initial paragraphs, most of which wasn't encyclopaedic anyway. I plan to do some more clean-up and work on this article later, depending on what time I have free (and also to check some things, such as if the N73 ships with the Mini Map browser). The article could also use a free image of the handset, and a couple of good sample images showing the picture quality of the handset. Wibbble 15:16, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- Cool, go for it. Ask if you need any help, I'll try and contribute as best I can - Jack (talk) 01:41, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

- Images would be useful - I'm unlikely to be able to get any pictures of the handset for a couple of weeks, and the handset I have available doesn't take brilliant pictures (as can be seen from the example linked to earlier in the discussion). Wibbble 07:18, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
Barring updated images, I think that /Temp is ready to go back into the main article. What's the procedure for getting this done? Wibbble 10:43, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] System Speed
Normal system speed si 330mhz for applications and 220mhz for signal processing —the preceding comment is by 85.216.201.75 (talk • contribs) : Please sign your posts!.
- I have never been able to find any reliable sources for CPU speed on Nokia handsets. It's not even on the [Forum Nokia developer's spec sheets], so I've just removed any mention of it from the temp working page. If you think you know differently, please cite a reference. Wibbble 10:45, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
i belive that at the core its an ARM9 processor, if that helps. —the preceding comment is by 81.178.104.241 (talk • contribs) : Please sign your posts!.
- Do you have any actual references for that? Without references it doesn't matter. Wibbble 23:35, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
