Noel Grisham Middle School (NGMS, more commonly known as GMS) is a Middle School located in Williamson County in Austin, Texas. It is part of the Round Rock Independent School District. It is the smallest middle school in the district. It has five subsidiary Elementary Schools:
- Canyon Creek Elementary School
- Purple Sage Elementary School
- Spicewood Springs Elementary School
- Anderson Mill Elementary School
- Forest North Elementary School
It follows on to Westwood High School. Only a few Spicewood and Forest North students go to Grisham, most go to the other Middle Schools.

- Grisham is known for its band program. It has received numerous awards and performed at the Midwest Clinic in Chicago in December of 2003. During its concert, it was awarded the Sudler Cup award.
- As of the end of the 2003-2004 school year, the former principal of GMS resigned his position and has gone on to work in the Austin Independent School District.

- The band recently received three "Superior" ratings from all three judges at the DC Festival Competition in San Antonio.
- 7th Algebra 1 testing is over.
- TAKS testing for all grades is over.
- In February, the Grisham Middle School Full Orchestra played at the 2006 TMEA Convention.
- The Grisham Middle School honors band placed second in the 2005-2006 Honor Band Contest, up from third during the 2003-2004 school year .
- Since early in the 2006-2007 school year, Mary Brinkman is the new principal of Grisham Middle School.
