Noble Hill

Noble Hill (皇府山) is a private housing estate in Sheung Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was developed by Sun Hung Kai Property Limited. It has a total of 764 apartments, and was completed in early 2006.

The location is 38 Ma Sik Road, Sheung Shui. It also has an entrance near the end of Tin Ping Road. Right across the entrance, to the southwest, is Tin Ping Shopping Centre. It is very close to Ng Tung River, and is situated just beside Good View New Village and Ling Shan Tsuen.

Noble Hill has 7 blocks from 1-8, skipping out a fourth block. Block 1 and 2 have 16 floors, Block 3 and Block 5-8 with 18 floor, from 1/F to 18/F and 1/F to 20/F respectively, without the fourth floor and the fourteenth floor, as the number four is an unlucky number for the Chinese.

There are many facilities inside Noble Hill, and here are some: a playroom, an outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, a library, a gym, and a cafeteria.
The complex of shopping centres including Landmark North, Sheung Shui Centre, and Metropolis Plaza are nearby, and are also conveniently linked with the Sheung Shui KCR station.

There are seven schools that are quite close to Noble Hill, including two kindergartens, four primary schools, and one secondary school.

The Tin Ping Estate bus terminus nearby has two routes, the #270 to Tsui Lai Garden (via Sheung Shui KCR) and the #261 to Sam Shing Estate, Tuen Mun.
