[edit] Plot
When Barry, Kate's ex-boyfriend does not come to her house to pick up his belongings, he begins to call her multiple times at Winferd Lauder. When Mr. Bell hears about the numerous calls, he declares that each employee is only allowed one personal call per day. Knowing that his co-workers will be disappointed, Drew decides to put a cartoon at the bottom of a store-wide memo. The cartoon illustrates a confused caterpillar that is trying to have sex with a french fry. Most of the employees at Winferd Lauder enjoy the cartoon, but Drew soon learns that someone complained to Mr. Bell about it, getting him in trouble. He then becomes completely obsessed with discovering the identity of the offended person, and finally discovers that it is Nora who works in payroll. Kate tries to tell Nora that the cartoon is a joke, but ends up losing her temper with Nora, daring Nora to file a harassment suit against Drew. Kate then decides to have Barry meet her at Drew's house to pick up all of his belongings since she does not want Barry to come to her house. Barry attempts to persuade her to get back together with him, and he becomes violent toward Drew. Drew stands up to Barry, and Barry wisely chooses to leave the house without fighting Drew when both Lewis and Oswald arrive. At the conclusion of the episode, Nora files a lawsuit against Drew over the cartoon.

[edit] Quotes
Drew: (drafting a new memo) From now on, all employees will be required to bring their sense of humor to work every day. This replaces the normal practice of having a stick up your butt!
Drew: Thank you, Mimi. You better hurry home, the sun is going down.
