No. 94 Squadron RAAF

No. 94 Squadron was a Royal Australian Air Force ground attack squadron of World War II. The Squadron was only active for eight months before being disbanded.
No. 94 Squadron was formed at Castlereagh, New South Wales on 30 May 1945. The Squadron's training was delayed by the slow delivery of the De Havilland Mosquito with which it was to be equipped and it did not reach operational status before the end of the war. No. 94 Squadron ceased flight training on 20 September 1945 and was disbanded on 24 January 1946.
