NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG) is one of the holdings of NACCO Industries, Inc. NMHG manufactures material handling and lift trucks marketed under the Hyster and Yale brand names. NMHG was formed by the acquisition of Yale Materials Handling in 1985 and Hyster Company in 1989.
