NL Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (NLDIMSR) is a premier business school situated at Mira Road in Mumbai. It offers the full time courses leading to the PGDBM (AICTE approved) and the MMS (affiliated with University of Mumbai) with specializations in finance, marketing, human resources, and systems.

NLDIMSR was formed under the aegis of N. L. Dalmia Educational Society. Late Shri. Niranjanlal Dalmia is the founder chairman of the society.

Prof. Pyarelal Arya (B.E, PGDM-IIM A) is the director of the Institute.
