Nizami Bahmanov (H.H. Shahzada Nizami Mirza). Born in Shusha, 1948. Educated at the Azerbaijan Technical University. Has two sons and two daughters. Governor of Shusha since 1992, leader of the Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh in exile.
