Nisha Kataria (born May 9, 1986). her singing was noticed at only 3 years of age. As Nisha grew older, to about the age of 11 her Vocal range increased. She won school talent shows for 5 consecutive years.[citation needed]
Nisha grew up in two different Cultures and she loved both of their musical contributions, she was born to Indian parents and has grown up in the United States. Nisha's musical style is a mixture between pop, rock and R&B. She is on her way to becoming an American singer.

[edit] Noticing Nisha
Nisha established a name for herself in her home city of Phoenix by singing the national anthem at many sporting events, including the one time world champions in baseball, the Arizona Diamondbacks. She gained popularity in her own Indian community by performing the national anthem for such legendary singers such as Asha Bhosle , a native artist and one of the most successful of India. Nisha was awarded with the Martin Luther King scholarship at the age of 11.
Nisha´s big musical break came in 2003 when she was discovered by the manager of Michael Jackson in the parking lot of the Arizona State fair! Nisha was invited to sing live to Michael Jackson in his Neverland Valley ranch, and he was so impressed by Nisha's voice that he decided to record with her. Nisha's accomplishments have increased over the years. A major step in her career came when she was invited to open for Westlife for their England tour that took place in April (2006).

Nisha is currently in Germany recording her album which will be releasing in Europe. Nisha has been very successful over the past few years. She established a name for herself back in her hometown in Pheonix by singing the National Anthem at many Sporting Events.

At age 3, Nishas ardor for music was hard to miss. At an age where most children tend to be shy, Nisha was seizing every opportunity possible to display her vocal ability and passion for singing . Whether it was in the middle of a mall, or the living room in her own home, Nisha was guaranteed to be putting on a show to a very welcoming audience; who in turn could not take their eyes off the small girl with no inhibitions. Once she was discovered it was not long before she was singing and recording her own songs. She worked with renowned producer Dieter Dierks in 2005 at the world-known Dierks Studios. The songs they created together were used on the Westlife Concerts and many fans were even able to purchase her cd.
