NIPPS

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

NIPPS is a Japanese hip hop artist. After spending several years in Brooklyn, New York, he returned to Japan in 1995 along with three other members of the group Buddha Brand. He later released a solo album and several singles.

His name is usually written in capital letters, but can also be written in katakana as ニップス (nippusu). NIPPS is also known as Hibahihi (飛葉飛火), roughly meaning "flying flower, flying fire," and uses both names simultaneously in his lyrics.
