Nima Fazel , born 20 jan 1981 in Tehran , He live in Pasdaran St. in tehran. he was study Textile in kashan Islamic Azad University . After univesity he intrested in Computer and IT , He thouht he could had a Office . After a month he consult with his friend Arya Abidi And they could make Tehran Cyber in their local Street. After a year Arya Left from Tehran cyber and Nima managed Tehran Cyber until now .
