Nimród Antal

Nimród Antal is a U.S. film director of Hungarian ancestry. Born in Los Angeles, California on November 30, 1973. Antal arrived in Hungary in 1991, and is currently working and living there.

He is best known for writing and directing the film Kontroll (2003). The backdrop of the film is the Budapest Metro subway system. Kontroll, refers to the act of ticket inspectors checking to ensure a rider has paid their fare.

Antal used the same idea in his 1997 music video "Szandál" for the rock band Warpigs.
