Nilesh Mer is a HR Management practitioner, born on 30th June 1977 at Akola, Maharashtra. Nilesh likes to read mangement cases and surfing on internet. Nilesh's Father Mr. Lamichand Mer is a businessman and Mother Kusumben Mer is housewife. His brother Mr. Mukesh Mer is also managing the father's business and sister in laws Veenaben Mer is housewife.

In initial days of his career he joined the IT organisation named AR Wonders Technologies Pvt. Ltd as HR Officer and worked with the same for two years.

Currently he is working with Zarca Interactive, a research based IT organisation in Mumbai as Manager - HR.
