Nikolay Zhilyayev

Nikolay Sergeyevich Zhilyayev (1881-1938/1942), was a Russian musicologist. A pupil of Mikhail Ippolitov-Ivanov and Sergei Taneyev, he taught at the Moscow Conservatory where his pupils included Alexei Stanchinsky, Anatoli Alexandrov and Samuel Feinberg[1]. [citation needed]
