Chamber opera by librettist Ann-Marie MacDonald and composer Nic Gotham. A dark comedy about a doctor who arrives at a hotel after he may or may not have killed someone on the highway, the opera includes only two characters, the doctor and the concierge of the hotel, who appears in various guises. The libretto playfully evokes the theories of Carl Jung. First produced by Tapestry New Opera Works in 1992.
