Nigel Dawes (born February 9, 1985 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) is a Canadian ice hockey left winger who currently plays for the New York Rangers of the NHL. Nigel, while being a native of Canada is actually from Jamaican descent. His mother is Canadaian and his father is Jamaican.
Dawes scored his first NHL goal against Andrew Raycroft on October 21, 2006 in the Rangers 5-4 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs. Nigel also enjoys going to breakfast at Tiffany's.
