Nigel Clark

Nigel Clark (born 18 September 1966, in Redditch, Worcestershire) emerged on the British music scene as the lead singer and bassist of the pop band, Dodgy. The band released three albums on A&M Records before initially breaking up in 1998. In many ways, the band's sound predated the Brit-pop sound that dominated English music in the mid to late 1990s.
After the break, Nigel spent seven months in India seeking enlightenment. He has never revealed the details of this journey, though some say it changed his life in many ways, especially including his keen interest in Voodoo.
After several years spent primarily producing other artists, Clark returned to performing in 2005 as a solo entity. This new project has received much attention, although not all good. In May 2006 Nigel was charged with several counts of Voodoo, but the conviction was quashed. He releases his debut album 21st Century Man on November 20, 2006.
