Please don't revert back the images at Pinocchio (1940 film) and Alice in Wonderland (1951 film). I am sorry, but these images are not allowed like that. See also talk:Pinocchio (1940 film). I am going to assume that your comment about hurting wikipedia was directed at the guy who keeps deleting the fair use images, leaving nothing but the mugshot. I am fine with having the mugshot in there (well, fairly fine) but not as the only photo, because it carries the impression that she's a career criminal. But that guy keeps deleting the fair use images based on his personal interpretation of the rules, and starts the cycle over again. Wahkeenah 19:38, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

• Yes, you should ask an actual Admin for a ruling on it. You could also post that mugshot for deletion on the grounds that it's inherently POV. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
