I feel he is because (like all directors of farepak are) as they are responsible for a huge scandal that has affected lots of people and opens various debates as it seems the scandal is legal. The emphasis on assets is largely to do with information available and public interest, as there is a lot of issues regarding the disparity of the outcomes to the directors compared with the savers. also I was in the process of reversing the redirectng - making the full name one the main page and the Gilodi-Johnson one a redirect sorry i am new to wikipedia! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Chendy (talk • contribs).
