Nicola Chapman, Baroness Chapman

Nicola "Nicky" Jane Chapman, Baroness Chapman (born 1961), is a British peer.
She was appointed to the House of Lords in 2004 as Baroness Chapman, of Leeds in the County of West Yorkshire and was the first person with a congenital disability to be appointed a peer. She was elected under the People's Peers scheme.
