Nick Speak (born November 21, 1966) is a former Lancashire and Durham batsman, who played first-class cricket from 1989 to 2001. After a number of years as first-batting reserve in the strong Lancashire team of the early to mid 90s, he left to captain Durham.

He retired in 2001.

He is the son of John Speak who was a league professional cricketer in the 1960s and 1970s.
