Nick Schultz (born August 25, 1982, in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player.

Nick Schultz was selected in the second round, 33rd overall, in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft by the Minnesota Wild. He is 6'1" tall, weighs 207 lbs, shoots left and plays as a defenceman. He was selected for the Canadian team for the 2006 World Championships.

Schultz is known to be mainly a physical, defensive minded defenseman with the strong checking ability. However, NHL Scouts report Schultz possesses offensive flair, particularly in leading odd-man rushes.
