Nick Page is a British writer based in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, best known for his books about Christianity and The Bible. Among his best-known works are The Tabloid Bible (ISBN 0-00-274022-2), Church Invisible (ISBN 0-310-25029-3) and The Bible Book (ISBN 0-00-711967-4). Page's book, And Now Let's Move Into a Time of Nonsense (ISBN 1-85078-584-8), is a critique of the words of modern worship songs. With his wife Claire he has also authored books for children and he has also worked with Rob Lacey on their book Street Life (ISBN 0-310-25739-5).
Something of a polymath, he has also written books of social history, a biography of George Herbert and a collection of entertainingly appalling writing (In Search of the World's Worst Writers).
His latest book is Explorer's Notes: The Bible (ISBN 0-00-721704-8) which includes many of his hand-drawn maps and notes culled from his notebooks.
