Nick Bozman was a minor fictional character on the NBC soap opera Passions. The character was played by Baywatch actor Michael Bergin from May 15th, 2002 to July 25th, 2002.

Nick Bozman was a con man whom Antonio Lopez-Fitzgerald once worked for. Antonio (going by the name Brian) and Sheridan Crane (going by the name Diana during her amnesia) both owed him money. He threatened to kill Antonio and Sheridan unless Antonio agreed to race cars for him. He tried to have Antonio killed by rigging his race car to explode. Nick believed that with Antonio out of the way he could seduce Sheridan and spend her trust fund.
