Nick Baines
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nick 'Peanut' Baines is the keyboardist of the English indie-rock band, Kaiser Chiefs, and has been described as quiet and sensitive. He can be often easily recognised from the rest of the band as he is normally the only one who wears a hat and also two ties during performances.
Baines also seems to have a vast collection of Converse trainers in different colours. In the Kaiser Chiefs DVD Enjoyment a younger Baines was played by a puppet wearing his hat. Peanut is 28 years old and his birthday is in March.
He has said that what he likes about being in a pop group, is that he's allowed to be rude.
Peanut has claimed to be God, saying "I am here, there and everywhere". This is also the main reason why he always wears a stylish hat: to prevent him being spotted. He also has a light switch, to control this as and when he needs to. He says, ' The skills can come in handy when we need something to please the crowd at gigs'.
One of a seemingly never-ending collection of celebrity Mac users, Peanut is a known user of both Quicksilver and Adium, amongst other software.
