Nicholas Piers Gilodi Johnson (generally know as Nicholas Gilodi-Johnson) (b. July 31, 1971 in Britain) was the Managing Director of Farepak and the largest shareholder of Farepak's parent company European Home Retail after inheriting a sizeable shareholding from his father, Farepak founder Bob Johnson.
Johnson was studied at Oxford University and lives in Chelsea, London with his wife Vennessa, an Investment Banker[1].In September 2001, Johnson was appointed Executive Director of European Home Retail and Managing Director of Farepak Food & Gifts Limited following the death of his father (Farepak founder Bob Johnson). Johnson is heavily implicated in the Farepak scandal when it was revealed Farepak Food & Gifts Limited gave members savings to cash-strapped parent company European Home Retail for use as working capital. European Home Retail and Farepak Food & Gifts Limited entered administration in October 2006 owing members as much as £35 million GBP

Johnson was the largest single shareholder of the firm’s parent company, European Home Retail, which entered administration owing £35 million in October 2006[2]. He received an estimated share dividend from European Home Retail of £445,000, on top of his pay, and stands to inherit £75m [3] [4]. His Chelsea home is valued around £1 million GBP and his family also have a mansion in Roehampton valued at £3 million GBP and a holiday villa in Sardinia. The British press have also suggested that he has a trust fund in Liechtenstein[5].
