Nibbixwoud

The town centre (darkgreen) and the statistical district (lightgreen) of Nibbixwoud in the municipality of Wognum.

Nibbixwoud (52°41′N 5°4′E) is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Wognum, and lies about 4 km north of Hoorn.

In 2001, the town of Nibbixwoud had 1572 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.32 km2, and contained 601 residences.[1] The statistical district "Nibbixwoud and Wijzend", which covers the two villages and the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 2340.[2]
