The Cyrillic letter N descender or Ng (in Kazakh) (Ң, ң) is an Н with a descender. It is used in Bashkir, Dungan, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Kalmyk and Tuvan, where it represents a velar nasal /ŋ/.

In Kazakh, it is transliterated as ñ or ng, and in Kyrgyz it is transliterated as ņ.
