Nezumi mouse

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The flash animation Nezumī mouse is a Japanese parody of the expansion of copyright. In this short film, the greedy Nezumī mouse sings a song to the familiar tune of the Mickey Mouse Club theme song that teaches the listeners to uphold copyrights. At the end of the show, he says "copyright lasts forever!", possibly alluding to 1990s extensions of copyright terms in the United States and in the European Union.
