Nezha Bidouane (born September 18, 1969) is a Moroccan hurdler. She won the 400m hurdling Gold medal at the 1997 World Championships in Athens. She is married to Abdelaziz Sahere.

In 1999 she won the 400m hurdling Silver medal at the World Championships.

In 2000 she won the 400m hurdling bronze medal at the Olympic games.
