[edit] My Election to The Office of NY State Governor 2010 on the Republican line

Hello: I am Dan Tobin, Town of Hempstead Accountant, Election Inspector, Law Clerk, Civil Rights Advocate/Defender,Lobbyist, Professional Educator for Public and Private Schools and Agencies, and native Long Island Christian who has recently earned the Award of Appreciation by the NY State Blood Center for my 87 lifetime blood donations, and a 4th degree Knight of Columbus.

 Since I have been the leader in community affairs and former Town Supervisor of Hempstead Joseph P.Mondello Sr. (now of Oyster Bay Cove) is State GOP leader, I can announce that I am considering a candidacy and election to The Office of Governor of NY State 2010! It would be an honor to serve again, as I have fought for justice in the Social Studies Club at Chaminade High School,promoted and defended peaceful and healthy  family life in Our Lady's Sodality, earned the Moral Character Award and HS Diploma in 1987, and was the Founder and President of The Student Chapter of Amnesty International at The Catholic University of America 1987-89. 
 I left after my Brother Mark Lawrence Christopher Tobin was murdered by Arab Terrorists in The Bombing of Pan Am Flight #103 on the 8th Day of Hannakah 1988, in Lockerbie,Scotland, where 270 more  were killed, by war criminal "colonel"muammar Gaddaffi or "Abu Minyar" in Arabic. Gaddaffi has not yet been forcibly removed from power, or taken into custody despite ordering abductions, assassinations,plane bombings, tens of thousands of deaths in many theaters of war, besides jailing dissenters in adopted Libya.I lobbied the US Senate and got sanctions against Iran, Libya and  Syria since their terrorist networks finance terrorism, and met personally with former US Sec.State Albright,former  Nat.Sec.Adviser Sandy Berger, and  former UN Ambassador Bill Richardson in the 1990's to help the prosecution against foreign national gaddaffi, and the convicted agent Abdel Bassett Ali Megrahi in a Scotland Prison,and LamenKalifah Fimah who was let go to a coward's welcome where Libyans burned American flags in protest of our hegemony in the world.
