I am the Web Manager for www.npbhs.school.nz and see no problems with using said material under the terms of your license.

I also intend making big changes to make page less of an advert.

[edit] infobox and other edits

I added an infobox, as I am slowly doing to all NZ schools to give standard information about them. I also removed (as I have been doing to other NZ school pages) information of purely local interest (e.g. names of buildings), and also stuff clearly taken from the school's advertising (e.g. park-like surroundings). The infobox contains a link to the school's web site. Wikipedia is not an advertising site. If you have a copy of the school crest, and are the copyright holder, and are happy to for it to be used it would be used useful to add it. Also well-known former students.
