New York State Route 7B is a short state highway located entirely in Broome County. It begins at the southern terminus of New York State Route 369 and Exit 3 of Interstate 88 and NY 7 in Port Crane and runs north to end at NY 7 proper in Sanataria Springs.
It follows the entire original length of NY 7 in Broome County.
