[edit] Route description
At its northern terminus, NY 75 emerges from a traffic circle in the northwest part of the Town of Hamburg as St Francis Drive, running in a southwesterly direction. NY 75 then extends southeast as an extension of Camp Road, which connects to NY 5. Southwest of this point, NY 75 intersects U.S. Route 20. Continuing southwest, NY 75 interchanges with the New York State Thruway (Interstate 90) at exit 57 and turns south, joined with U.S. Route 62 through the Village of Hamburg, where both routes meet the west end of NY 391.
In the northern part of the Town of Eden, NY 75 diverges from US 62 and proceeds southward as Sisson Highway. The highway passes southward through Town of North Collins, where it intersects with NY 249 in Langford. NY 75 ends at Collins Center in the Town of Collins at NY 39.
