New York State Route 48 is a state highway in Central New York. The northern terminus is located in Oswego, New York. It The southern terminus is located at Syracuse, New York near the Interstate 690 and New York State Thruway interchange.

NY 48 runs parallel to NY 481 across the Oswego River for much of its length.
