New York State Route 334 is a state highway in New York, running from the village of Fonda to the town of Johnstown. NY 334 is a two-lane highway its entire length, with the exception of a long climbing lane northbound leaving Sammonsville.
As NY 334 leaves Fonda on Cayadutta Street, it zigzags around an underpass for the former Fonda, Johnstown, and Gloversville Railroad. The route continues in a winding manner, running along the Cayadutta Creek until it breaks away near Old Trail Road. NY 334 then enters Sammonsville and turns right. Fulton County Route 116 continues straight ahead. NY 334 heads upward for its final 1.25 miles.
