New York State Route 306 is a short north-south road in western Rockland County, New York. It runs from NY 59 in Monsey, to US 202 in Ladentown, on the western boundary of Pomona.

No state highway in Rockland County has suffered as much as NY 306, which has been cut down to size over the years. The southern section of NY 306, Saddle River Road, was redesignated Rockland CR 73 sometime before 1980. The northern section of NY 306, Calls Hollow Road, originally ran north of US 202 and was redesignated Rockland CR 75. Fifty years earlier, NY 306 extended even further north via Cedar Flats Road (currently RCR 69) and Mott Farm Road (currently RCR 118) to US 9W in the Tompkins Cove area. This northern routing of NY 306 was abandoned when the construction of the Palisades Interstate Parkway split the route into two pieces.

The current south end of Route 306 was also supposed to be the southwest terminus of the formerly proposed Spring Valley Bypass.
