New York State Route 241 is a short state highway located entirely within Cattaraugus County. It connects the village of Randolph at its southern end with the hamlet of Conewango to the north.
Inexplicably, NY 241 ends in Randolph; however, a few miles of NY 394 separate it from a more significant unlabeled reference route, New York State Route 950A (West Bank Perimeter Road), which also runs north to south.
