New York State Route 228 is a state highway in western New York, USA. The highway is located in the Finger Lakes District. The road runs in a northeast to southwest direction with the northeastern end in Perry City at NY-227 and the southwestern end at NY-224 in the Village of Odessa. NY-228 is entirely within Schuyler County.
