New York State Route 227 is a state highway in the Finger Lakes District of New York, USA. This highway is an east-west roadway connected to NY-79 at its western end, south of Reynoldsville in Town of Hector. Farther east, NY-227 joins NY-228 in Perry City by the east town line of Hector. In fact, NY-227 straddles the Schuyler-Tompkins county line before splitting of towards the northeast.
