New York State Route 19A is a state highway located in the western part of New York, USA. This highway represents a slightly eastward parallel route to a part of New York State Route 19 and is, similarly, a north-to-south roadway. The highway connects Wyoming County to Allegany County and follows the Genesee River during the south part of its course.
