New York State Route 159 is a state highway in New York, running from the town of Princetown through Mariaville Lake in the town of Duanesburg, to the town of Rotterdam, just outside the city of Schenectady.
NY 159 is a two-lane highway for all of its length. It is entirely located in Schenectady County.
The eastern terminus of NY 159 is locally known as the "Rotterdam Five Corners".
