New York State Route 144 is a state highway in New York. The highway runs from the Greene County hamlet of Hannacroix to just south of the city of Albany. NY 144 is a two-lane highway its entire length. Significant sections are narrow and winding without shoulders.

Much of NY 144 runs very near the Hudson River, providing a scenic view.
