New York State Route 123, also known as Smith Ridge Road, is a 4.68-mile long north/south state highway in the northern part of Westchester County, New York. The route is a continuation of Route 123 from New Canaan, Connecticut. It enters New York state through the hamlet of Vista (located in the town of Lewisboro). The route passes through the hamlet of Lewisboro and ends just east of the hamlet of South Salem (still in Lewisboro town) at New York State Route 35.
