New York State Route 121 (NY 121) is a north/south state highway in New York, going from northern Westchester County to the village of Brewster in Putnam County.

NY 121 begins north of the hamlet of Bedford Village at New York State Route 22 and runs through the communities of Cross River (in the town of Lewisboro) and North Salem (a hamlet in the town of the same name). The route continues north into Putnam County, going through the hamlet of Peach Lake, and ending just east of the village of Brewster (in the town of Southeast) at US 6/US 202 just after an interchange with eastbound Interstate 84.
