New York State Route 116 is an 8.12-mile long east-west state highway in Westchester County, New York. It begins in the hamlet of Somers (located in the town of the same name) and continues into the state of Connecticut as Route 116.

NY 116 begins near the northern terminus of New York State Route 100 at U.S. Route 202 in the hamlet of Somers as Purdys Road. It heads east into the town of North Salem with junctions with Interstate 684 and New York State Route 22 just after crossing the town line. In North Salem, it is known as Titicus Road, running north of the Titicus Reservoir, serving the hamlets of Salem Center and North Salem. It has a junction with New York State Route 121 just before crossing the Connecticut state line, continuing into Connecticut as Route 116.
