New York State Route 10A is a short state highway in New York, running from near the hamlet of Rockwood in the town of Johnstown to the town of Caroga. NY 10A is located entirely in Fulton County. It is a two-lane highway its entire length.

The entire length of NY 10A is kept clean under Adopt-A-Highway by the Residents of Route 10A. NY 10A enters the Adirondack State Park midway along its length, after passing the Larabee Reservoir.

NY 10A serves as a link for motorists wishing to access the western parts of Caroga via NY 10 from NY 29, bypassing Rockwood, a reduced speed zone, and about a mile of highway.
