[edit] "New Squid in Town"
On Yugopotamia, Mark is bound in the middle of an arranged marriage with Mandie, a princess from another planet. Frightened by her incredible beauty, Mark flees to Earth, and disguises himself as a human boy. When he arrives, Mark starts Mr. Crocker up about aliens and causes a mild rucus. Eventually, Mandie follows Mark to Earth and tries to capture him and go on with their wedding.
[edit] "Wish Fixers"
Timmy signs a contract with the Pixies to stop him from making bad wishes, but does not read the fine print. The episode bears much similarity to the Stephen King short story "Quitters, Inc."
[edit] Trivia
- This episode was the first of a series to feature Mark disguised as a human, hiding out on Earth. So far (as of April 2006), the other episodes to feature Mark in this state were Just Desserts, The Five Days of FLARG and What's the Difference?. There is no word on where this recurring plot line will go as of yet. And, it is peculiar for a children's animated comedy to ultilize this kind of plot development, which tend to be more common in action shows like Teen Titans, Kim Possible, and Danny Phantom.
- Cosmo and Wanda get frozen in carbonite, like Han Solo on The Empire Strikes Back.
- When Cosmo refers to Timmy in his turbo powered cheese pants, he says, "Go ahead, CheeseBoy SquarePants!", an obvious reference to Spongebob Squarepants.
