The New Socialist Party (Italian: Nuovo Partito Socialista) is a left wing political party in San Marino. It was formed as a split from the Party of Socialists and Democrats.

In the San Marino parliamentary election, 2006, the party won 5.42% of the votes cast and took three seats.
