Route 90 is a state highway in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It runs 3.22 miles (5.18 kn) from the Betsy Ross Bridge at the Delaware River (where it enters Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) in Pennsauken Township to an intersection with Route 73 in Cinnaminson Township. Originally, it was intended to extend to the New Jersey Turnpike, but an extension to the Turnpike and Interstate 295 was never built.

Signage in Pennsylvania on highways accessing the Betsy Ross Bridge uses circular New Jersey shields for Route 90, rather than keystone-shaped Pennsylvania shields.
